It currently produces mobile devices for every major market segment and protocol, including GSM, CDMA, and W-CDMA (UMTS). They also offer Internet services such as applications, games, music, maps, media and messaging through their Ovi platform. In 2011, GOES was contacted by the head liaison of Cushman Wakefield for their green technology and sustainability efforts. Currently, Cushman Wakefield manages all of Nokia’s properties including a significant 350,000 square foot data processing center and a seven-story office complex in Dallas, Texas. After initial meetings with Cushman Wakefield and Nokia representatives, GOES was invited to evaluate Nokia’s buildings. GOES completed a comprehensive needs analysis and estimate after fully inspecting both properties and submitted it for review. GOES was subsequently awarded a contract and the GOES Energy Management Systems were installed on the properties.
